This policy applies to any information Intellercise LLC (“Company”) may collect from you on or through this app (“App”) and in email, via intellercise.com, text, and other electronic messages between you and this App. The policy also applies to information the Company collects in connection with any other services or downloadable applications it provides (together with the App, the “Service”). Other services and applications may have separate privacy policies that replace or supplement this policy. The policy also applies to other instances where we include a link to this policy. By accessing the Service, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree with anything in this policy, you must not use the Service.

You are responsible for the security of your data. Your information is protected by your device’s built-in security (e.g., passcode, biometric lock). We encourage you to enable these protections. Please also remember that there is no way to ensure that data transmitted on internet, including on our Service, is completely secure. There is always a chance that a person or technology may be able to bypass privacy settings and other security measures and we are not responsible for such circumvention.

The Company does not track App users over time or across third-party websites. Therefore, the App does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

13. How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data

We do not retain your personal data on our servers. All information remains on your device until you delete it by resetting your data or uninstalling the App.

This Service is only intended for users in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If updates involve new types of data collection, processing, or sharing, we will request your explicit consent before those changes take effect.
